Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is an organization that provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental skills to children and their families in home, child care centers and community settings. We specialize in Early Intervention (EI), which consist of services and supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays reach their full potential. Providing families with access to care, while reviving hope, ALFS seeks to transform families one child at a time.

ALFS's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to children with developmental delays. We focus on families as a whole to ensure best clinical outcomes for both the child and their family. We are committed to inclusion, diversity, and implementing strategies in a culturally sensitive manner.

We offer autism services, behavioral health, therapeutic intervention, and related special educational services in child care, home, and community based settings. Our team of educational consultants, behavior specialists, and therapeutic service staff members work collaboratively with parents, schools, and child care centers to deliver intensive early intervention services for children from birth to age three with developmental delays and disabilities.

Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking LPC's candidates to develop, evaluate and implement therapy plans and function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment/educational team serving children and their families. Professional Skills & Qualifications:

Proper Licensure in Counseling

-Masters Degree required.

-Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged population.

-Demonstrate cultural competence/proficiency in interactions with others by treating colleagues and family members with respect and fairness at all times.

-Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships based on respect, trust, and safety.

-Ability to have a nurturing attitude and maintain a relationship based on genuine care for the well being and empowerment of your clients.

-Provide emotional support to your clients

-Ability to create a space for staff and those we serve to feel physically and emotionally safe.

-Ability to support individuals on their paths to recovery and healing.

-Demonstrate exemplary problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

-Ability to work effectively as a team member

-Highly responsible and reliable as well as courteous.

-Unconditional ability to maintain client confidentiality.

-Exemplary organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

-Monitor and evaluate client's progress as described in care plan and modify as needed.

-Maintain current knowledge on available community resources for patients.
