The EPIC Junior Software developer we are looking for:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Software QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance (QA) department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a keen interest in quality assurance and testing. In this role, you will be responsible for triaging bugs, reviewing code, and writing various automated tests, including end-to-end tests, and actively communicating with stakeholders to align on quality expectations and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and prioritize bugs reported by various teams and users.
- Review code changes and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and reproduce issues.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Work closely with automation engineers and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the QA process and tools.
- Provide regular updates on testing status and quality metrics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in software development and quality assurance.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, Playwright).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance testing.
- Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Strong skills in C#, .NET WebForms, JavaScript, React, and SQL Server.
- Understanding of ITIL
