Job Description:

In this role, you will combine your passion for organization with your efficient client interaction skills to help sort out homes and spaces using our diverse organization systems and strategies. Working in a team setting, you'll collaborate with clients to develop customized organizational plans that cater to their specific needs and desired outcomes. Once the plan is in place, you will initiate the process of removing items and creating designated piles. And don't worry, our services do not involve working with hoarders or similar situations.

About You:

Experience may vary, but we are seeking candidates who are organized, professional, and have a clean-cut appearance, along with a distinct personality. Additionally, we value artistic, creative, intuitive, sensitive, articulate, and expressive qualities. The ideal candidate will be innovative, confident, extroverted, and full of energy. Most importantly, they should be able to work and collaborate effectively with others.

The Objective of This Role:

The objective of this role is to create various organizing solutions and systems for a wide range of spaces, including closets, garages, and more. Working closely with clients, the individual will gain an understanding of their unique needs and preferences for the space, and swiftly develop a plan to declutter and organize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and rearrange items in a way that results in aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Assist clients in purging unwanted items and making decisions on what to keep, sell, trash or donate.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly discern necessary and unnecessary objects in a given space.
• Educate clients on how to maintain their newly organized space to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Identify the optimal function of each space by employing our diverse techniques and creating personalized storage solutions to meet the client's unique requirements.
• Implement clear labeling on storage containers and shelves for easy identification.
• Provide guidance to clients in selecting organizational products as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A clean and tidy appearance, with good grooming habits.
• A passion for organization and an awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• Basic working knowledge of furniture and storage placement.
• Loyalty, discretion, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• MUST have a current valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with the capability to check-in and check-out on our mobile app (non-negotiable).
• Physical fitness, with the capability to lift 30LB+.
• Successfully Clear a Comprehensive FBI Background Check.
• The ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor even in stressful situations.
• The ability to work a flexible part-time schedule while treating this position with the same seriousness as any full-time role.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), and includes eligibility for bonuses. As part of our startup team, we are experiencing rapid expansion, providing ample opportunities for professional growth.
