As a licensed customer service representative with State Farm Agent Doug Veach, you will become part of a professional office team that feels more like a family than co-workers. By assisting clients with their needs, you will be rewarded with a sense of satisfaction and you will develop relationships that make you feel good. State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Recognize potential needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Proficient in Spanish and English.
    • Dedicated to customer service.
    • Quick learner.
    • Proactive in problem-solving.
    • Ethical and Honest.
    • Must pass background check and have or obtain applicable licenses.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Ability to work computer functions efficiently and effectively.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
