Purpose of this position:

• Manage the delivery of software projects within the organization.
• Analyze business issues, define requirements, design applications, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues.
• Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements.
• Develop and enforce project delivery standards and establishing the organization's approach to the full life cycle of projects, from planning, initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control, and completion.
• Track and provide project status and audit reports; manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process and work with other leaders to take corrective action as necessary.
• Work across teams to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges. 
• Be responsible for hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
• Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership skills.
• Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain ERP(SD/PP/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR) system(S4HANA) support along with meaningful metrics to measure and guide continuous improvement to meet changing needs and requirements
• Serve as IT Lead in all client meetings and interact directly with the client to manage expectations
• Work to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
• Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of system enhancements and fixes.
• Demonstrate project that meets the future needs of our clients on technical challenges of industry demands.
• Managing staff SAP SD/PP/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR consultants and contractors.
• Help module consultants resolve problems both technical as well as human resources issues, tracking and approving vacation and personal days for employees and monitoring individual employees’ performance and relaying this to upper management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
• Review and approve detailed technical specifications for application incidents problems and changes.
• Ensure proper communication to all levels of the organization.
• Ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
• Will lead a team of 8 resources comprised of FTEs and Contractors.

Decision Making / Discretion:
• Hold regular status meetings with the team.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Review and approve the system design and implementation proposals.
• Initiate, lead and implement improvements/projects in all areas of his/her responsibility
• Serve as main point of contact on ERP-SD/PP/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR related matters and support other areas as needed.
• Identify and provide standards for IT management.
• Perform post-implementation SAP support activities.
• Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices.
• Ensure that product upgrades, enhancements, and future roll-out projects meet business
    requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements. 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of clients' business functions and combine that knowledge with the ability to easily facilitate change, in order to ensure all aspects of SAP flow properly.
• Develop use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases.
• Execute test plans and test scripts / cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements.
• Through a wide range of business knowledge, be able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with SAP ERP functionality.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to other HMGMA staffs.
• Periodic status report to HMGMA management and user groups.
• Communicate with users for daily maintenance issues and projects.

Results:
•  This position is responsible for ensuring that existing system processes function as designed and that new system processed are designed and implemented at no risk to the client's operation.

Strategy Development:
• Support senior management for formulation of direction and strategy.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Related Work Experience (Yrs.)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP(SD/PP/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR) configuration
• Minimum 3+ years of management/leadership experience.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of ERP(SD/PP/MM/PM/FI/CO/HR) processes - S4HANA
• SCM integration with FI/CO/HR
• Desirable to have SCM experience with FI/CO/HR integration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
• Project Management skills

Certifications (Required/Preferred)
• Project management Professional (PMP)
• Certified in Production and inventory Management (CPIM)

Physical Requirements:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information.

Tools & Equipment:
• Employee must be able to use a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, copy machine, fax machine, Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel Time Commitment:
• Up to 25% travel may be required.  Some international travel may be required.

Salary:   $93,250 to $143,600 per yr. (depending on experience).
