Role Overview:

The Senior ERP Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in the Gulfstream Business Technology organization, focusing on the ERP team. This position is essential for managing new initiatives and ongoing activities across various business units, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the integrity of the global template and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in SAP PP Production Planning module is required.
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP PS Project Systems module.
  • Experience with MES integration.
  • Understanding of engineering change with parameter effectivity.
  • Familiarity with PP manufacturing data, including BOMs, routings, and work centers.
  • Experience in conversions from ECC to S/4 is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of S/4 functionalities is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PP module components such as MRP, capacity planning, and production order processing.
  • Skills in EWM integration are desirable.
  • Understanding of PS module components like WBS and networks.
  • Extensive experience in integrating PP with other modules like CO, SD, and MM.
  • Strong grasp of PP tables, fields, and BAPIs.
  • Able to independently draft design documents.
  • Familiarity with Fiori Apps and configuration.
  • Experience in ABAP and debugging is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain manufacturing solutions in the SAP PP/PS/MES area.
  • Lead analysis and design efforts as part of the core ERP Technology team.
  • Configure PP, PS-Logistics, and DMS.
  • Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements.
  • Propose enhancements to business processes and systems.
  • Create functional specifications and perform various testing phases.
  • Stay updated on SAP roadmap and future functionalities.

Work Schedule:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and office work.
  • Standard working hours include a 9-hour day, with every other Friday off.

Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 12 years of IT experience is necessary, including six years in ERP development or deployment. A Master's Degree may substitute for one year of experience, while a PhD may substitute for two years.

Additional Information:
This role requires engaging with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, providing leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards. The Senior ERP Solutions Analyst will also be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining ERP applications and supporting management in recruitment and career development.
