As an EHS Manager (also known as Safety Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of the organization's health and safety programs. You'll ensure compliance with regulations, promote a safe working environment, plan and implement safety policies, and conduct root cause analysis to address safety issues. You'll also develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on work safety practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop EHS policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience within the EHS function, including DOT.
  • Proven experience in leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate/inspire a team and develop a robust safety culture.
