Our office is growing and we are looking to bring on a new insurance sales representative to fit into our close-knit office As a FULL-TIME insurance sales representative you will have the chance to learn how to market and tailor our products to the individual customers we serve. To excel in this insurance sales role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and ready to let us help you learn the industry and obtain the tools to succeed

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closesales.
  • Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty license is a bonusbut will train the rightindividual.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Carry an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
