Work only 2.5 days a week: work for 30 hours, get paid for 36-38

POSITION: Front Desk Specialist

LOCATION: Haddon Heights, NJ

Perks

  • Work Schedule is 2 days during the week and 1 weekend day (either Friday or Saturday)
  • 30 working hours, but you will be paid for 36-38
  • Team A perk - no back-to-back days worked, EVER Team B perk - 3 day weekends twice a month

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients in the office and over the phone and ensure an excellent patient experience.
  • Provide effective and smart scheduling for patient appointments.
  • Check in patients, obtain medical updates, and verify insurance eligibility.
  • Check out patients, present treatment plans, discuss financial responsibilities, and collect payments.
  • Monitor patient flow and communicate schedule updates with all team members.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills: positivity, friendliness, attentiveness, and patience
  • Prior dental experienced required. Minimum of 2 years.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to overcome challenges
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and be productive
  • Team oriented with ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Motivated to achieve goals
  • Computer skills with ability to adapt to new technology. Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
