We focus not just on gaining more energy after eating Fitlife meals over time and possibly working with a wellness coach, but how the meals fit into your life. When someone has more time to do what they want to do in life, whether that is getting more work done to accomplish their goals or having the energy to spend time with friends and family, THAT is what we want people to get addicted to.


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Team Member to join our team in FT LAUDERDALE. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed. You will also be responsible for processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about turning friendly conversations on the shop floor into sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to connect with the community around the store

Responsibilities:

As a Retail Team Member, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential. Your problem-solving skills will also be utilized in addressing any customer concerns or issues that may arise. Overall, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success as a Retail Team Member.
