THE ROLES

1. Commercial Aviation Finance Associate Attorney

  • Responsibilities: Represent lenders and lessors in leasing, purchase and sale, and financing transactions, with an emphasis on both domestic and cross-border deals.
  • Successful attorney must have 4 to 6+ years of experience in commercial aviation finance

2. Wealth, Trust & Estate Planning Associate Attorney

  • Responsibilities: Draft wills, trusts, and related documents, with involvement in estate administration, partnerships, corporations, charitable planning, and sophisticated tax planning.
  • Successful attorney must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Trusts and Estates

3. Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

  • Responsibilities: Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures, focusing on structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions
  • The successful attorney must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
