The person filling this position has the responsibility of assisting the Property Manager and Board of Directors to achieve their goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager is responsible for handling tasks delegated to them by the Property Manager and Board of Directors.

  • Assist Property Manger in planning, noticing, and conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual Meetings, and Elections
  • Responsible for maintaining the Community Website
  • Attend all Reserved Events as a representative of the Property Management Office
  • Assist Compliance Coordinator
  • Respond professionally and courteously to inquiries from the Board, residents, employees, others
  • Contact vendors and schedule appointments for service as directed by the Property Manager
  • Send community blasts
  • Assist Property Manager in ensuring the general maintenance and cleaning of community facilities is being performed to the required specifications
  • Create, update, monitor, close all landscaping vendor work orders
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary

Pay Rate: Up to $29/hour DOE
