Metova is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the talent solutions sector. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human resources to provide innovative solutions to our clients' hiring needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading organizations and make a significant impact on their recruitment strategies.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within the talent solutions market segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR executives, talent acquisition managers, and business leaders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' hiring challenges and objectives.
  • Present customized solutions that align with clients' talent acquisition strategies and address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our services and differentiate ourselves in the marketplace.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence and generate leads.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field; or four years equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the talent solutions, staffing, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
