Business Development Support Specialist

At Vigilance Health Inc., our mission is to enable our providers to measure, improve and demonstrate patient’s outcome scores. We are the leading population health company in California, working with clinics and private practices in providing chronic care management to the Medicare population. 

 

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Our ultimate goal is to be the dominant remote Population Health and Care Management provider in the nation. You will be an integral part of our growth strategy, responsible for generating and nurturing qualified leads that drive our business forward. Your primary focus will be on supporting the marketing and sales teams by identifying potential prospects through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events. You will conduct thorough market research to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, providing valuable insights to guide our business development efforts.


Your role will involve assisting with qualified leads, market intelligence, and preparation of compelling sales pitches and presentations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders will be essential in fostering new business opportunities and partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and to identify areas for continuous improvement. Your ability to balance multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results will be critical to your success in this position.

In order to achieve this your responsibilities will include: 

  • Utilizing various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Helping to design, implement, and maintain our social media campaigns and communications
    projects
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders to foster business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling and preparing meetings and healthcare conferences
  • Maintaining CRM database
  • Assistance with sr. leaders in new service line development projects and general executive assistance tasks

 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred 
  • Graphic design experience, Canva preferred
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
