Tax Senior responsibilities:
- Corporate tax returns both Federal & State
- Reviewing client financials statements
- Collating backup for tax returns
- Tax research
- Setting up Powers of Attorney
- Sales & Use tax
- Audit support
- Supervising and providing guidance to Tax Staff
- Reviewing returns prepared by others
- Interacting with clients
- Utilizing UltraTax, GoFileRoom & FirmFlow software
Tax Senior Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent or advancement towards status
- CPA or advancement towards status preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive tax experience
- Corporate Tax experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines
