Amundsen Davis seeks an experienced ERISA/Employee Benefits attorney to join our growing Labor & Employment team in an Of Counsel role; a fully remote position will be considered. The ideal candidate enjoys helping private and nonprofit employers navigate the complex, ever-changing legal requirements related to employee benefits, and solving compliance, design, risk and correction issues concerning their employee benefit plans. Desired background includes employee benefit services such as qualified retirement plans; employee benefits plans in mergers and acquisitions; employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); executive compensation; fringe benefits; and, health and wellness plans. Candidates must have strong skills and commitment to client service.
