The Office of Student Experience is looking for an energetic, passionate, dependable Retail Manager to join the Susie’s team. Our Retail Coordinator plays a vital role in creating an online and store-front shopping experience that incorporates the needs of our students and campus community. The Retail Manager must demonstrate leadership skills to lead a team, meet objectives and work collaboratively with constituents on campus to design merchandise.


Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Vice President of Student Experience to create monthly sales goals, create promotional opportunities and create merchandising strategies.
  • Provide leadership to all Retail Assistants, including training on store procedures, scheduling and setting expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Ink to develop concept designs based on determined concept.
  • Coordinate photo shoot of new merchandise for social media and website.
  • Coordinate with Vice President Student Experience on merchandise and vendor selection.
  • Have working knowledge of P.O.S. systems, preferable Shopify.
  • Maintain organized stock room and inventory control.
  • Other duties as assigned.
