Successful Operating Partners are ambitious, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and are energetic and highly motivated individuals with a desire to run a business like it is their own. The primary role of the Operating Partner is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash services to our customers effectively, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner based on Big Dan’s standards. Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete our on-site training program.
  • Engage with team members and interact with customers.
  • Work to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Increase bottom line revenue through the proper oversite and management of resources.
  • Oversee all employees and create a self-sufficient site.
  • Follow all preventative maintenance procedures and maintain proper inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
  • Meet or exceed Big Dan’s standards and work to create a pipeline of future Operating Partners.
  • Various administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field.
  • Applicants without a degree will be considered based on previous experience.
  • Applicants MUST be clean cut and neat in appearance.
  • Be enthusiastic and friendly.
  • Must enjoy working with people.
  • Treat customers and employees with respect.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • Willing to lead by example.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Like to learn new skills in areas of customer service, safety, mechanical, and computers.
  • Master all aspects of running a best-in-class car wash.
  • Complete certifications at Car Wash College (paid for by Big Dan’s).
  • Live within 45 minutes of the wash.
