What You'll Do

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organisation's needs
  • Create attractive job postings and advertisements
  • Identify and refine the most suitable talent from the available candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, or other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure compliance that the recruitment process is compliant with GDPR and company policies.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
  • Support employer branding initiatives as required.
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Keep records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the HR team on other Talent/HR needs as required.
  • Conduct routine internal audits of talent acquisition processes and procedures.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (in Business, Education, or Communication field preferred)
  • Three years prior experience with full-cycle recruitment is preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Pro-active and solutions-driven, with the ability to meet multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
