You will play a vital role in managing financial transactions related to accounts receivable within the organization. Focus on collecting payments, tracking accounts, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. What You Will Do:
  • Create and complete financial reports, narratives, and forms for projects
  • Review project budgets and costs, and analyze budget variances
  • Handle client billing and assisting with invoice submittal
  • Ensure compliance with contractual reporting obligations and financial documentation
  • Support project teams with contract management
  • Assist project managers with establishing project set-up in the project system
  • Other job duties assigned
What You Need:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years working experience in accounting
  • Data entry skills
  • Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with Deltek Vision preferred
  • Experience in service industry, preferably in an engineering or architectural firm
