Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMBR Partners are proud to represent our client's search for a US based Account Manager for its client who are providing critical solutions to Enterprise, Messaging Service Providers (MSP) and Communication Service Providers (CSP) by delivering creative, strategic services critical to streamlining operations and reducing operating costs. The company was founded 20 years ago delivering phone number portability, signaling routing control and fraud prevention data services for companies in the messaging and fraud preventation arenas. Today, as communications networks continue to transform, that includes the likes of Microsoft ; Meta ; Amazon and such like.We are headhunting a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the team as an Account manager to look after around 30 + Operators for an on behalf of the VP of sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the account management activities and driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key customers in the Messaging and Communications industry.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with telecom operators and clients by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional number portability services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of number portability services, meeting client requirements and project timelines.Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of number portability services, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, issues, or inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client challenges. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes related to number portability services, providing clients with relevant updates and insights.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and upcoming opportunities for internal stakeholders and clients.
