Job Description

You will report to the Senior Manager of Production Support, supporting our Partner Solutions client/member platform and associated services and systems, provide excellent customer service, and help resolve customer application issues.

As an Experian's Service Desk Analyst, you will oversee the following:

Support Responsibilities:

  • Research and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients/members
  • Triaging alert/exception conditions raised by our Operations teams
  • Develop and implement SQL queries to help investigate and analyze issues.
  • Could you look over error logs and database content to determine the cause of a problem.
  • Document and implement workaround solutions wherever possible
  • Document steps to reproduce issues for internal and external resources
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical instructions for future reference
  • Create/manage production/staging support tickets
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of development or technical support experience
  • You have experience supporting sites using API and SDK integration.
  • You know Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, and Shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementing Web technologies
  • Knowledge of Amazon cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of programming and software development concepts
  • You can problem solve and work with customers to completion
  • You can handle on-call activities on a rotation basis
  • You love to take on responsibilities with finesse
  • You have experience with ServiceNow ITSM
  • You love to learn and excel in your work
  • You've earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
