  • Reporting To: CCT Manager
  • Work Type: Remote/Hybrid

*Must be located in the San Fernando Valley/ Los Angeles area.

POSITION SUMMARY

The CCT Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the department billing . Will assist their teams/department with submission of the CCT 20 hour, 100 hour and home set up TARs. Complete DHCS CCT forms and submissions and assist with administrative work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Preferably, has a bachelors degree in health care, business administration or a related field.
  2. Has adequate personal computer experience, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Access.
  3. Previous administrative experience desired.
  4. Previous experience in education, training, quality assurance, management information systems and/or communications desired.
  5. Has a background and/or knowledge of RCFEs, the field of aging, developing reports, newsletters/brochures, statistics and information analysis desired.
  6. Is at least 18 years of age.
  7. Has adequate physical and mental health.
  8. Has the ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.
  9. Has good organizational skills.
  10. Is self-instructed and able to work with little supervision.
  11. Has excellent analytical skills.
  12. Is able to work well with other staff members.
  13. Has the ability to establish and maintain good communication with all in-office staff, field and administrative.
  14. Has good written and verbal communications skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a representation of the major duties and responsibilities of this position. The Agency will make reasonable accommodations to allow otherwise qualified applicants with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  1. Performs assigned duties determined by the Administrator and/or Team Lead CCT Coordinator, pertaining to the CCT/ CCA Department.
  2. In charge of CCT tracking, transitions, enrollments, TARs by team and department as needed.
  3. Works on CCT billing spreadsheets if needed by team.
  4. Process CCT check requests, credit card requests and credit card use on Divvy Account. Assist with reconciliation of departments charges if needed by team.
  5. Completes CCT visits log and works through integrations logs (as needed).
  6. Assist with any other duties/tasks as needed within CCT department.
  7. Assist with completing DHCS CCT forms (ITCP, FTCP, DTRF) based on RN assessments.
  8. Assist with 20 hour, 100 hour, and HSU TARs submissions as needed.
  9. Bill at 40 hours a week on CCT services provided through administrative work.
