Responsibilities
Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
Insurance Consultation: Analyze client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide expert advice on insurance products.
Account Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to tailor sales strategies and remain competitive.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
Licensing: Active insurance licenses preferred, but not required.
Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
