This role is critical for maintaining client satisfaction and supporting our growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily account operations: Supervise and manage account administrators to ensure all daily tasks and account management operations are handled promptly and accurately.

  2. Monitor account changes: Ensure all updates and changes to client accounts are accurately processed and aligned with internal policies.

  3. Client communication: Foster strong relationships with clients through consistent and transparent communication. Address any concerns or queries clients may have about their accounts.

  4. Training and development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.

  5. Reporting and analytics: Compile reports on account activity and team performance. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement.

  6. Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in account administration.

  7. Conflict resolution: Handle any disputes or issues that arise with client accounts, ensuring a fair and swift resolution.

Requirements
  1. Strong leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

  2. Excellent communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

  3. Detail-oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in account handling.

  4. Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  5. Problem-solving mind: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

  6. Customer-focused: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues promptly.

Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in account administration or a related field: Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

  2. Strong knowledge of account management software: Familiarity with common account management tools and software.

  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: Preferred but not mandatory if the candidate possesses relevant experience.

  4. Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Bilingual skills are a major plus
