We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic PR team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic communication, media relations, and public outreach. You will be instrumental in executing communication initiatives that enhance client revenue and elevate their market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing public relations strategies to promote fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Support the planning of outreach and communication plans to increase event visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to design and execute promotional campaigns for fundraising events.
  • Help organize and coordinate community outreach efforts to promote events and engage local stakeholders.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to build relationships and increase awareness of the firm’s mission.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and event management, to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive execution of PR initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new PR and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, with a proactive attitude toward professional development.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
