With our recent expansion over the past few months, The MGN Foundation s seeking new, energetic individuals eager for a career in management, not just a job. Our growing client base necessitates finding the right candidates to train for our entry-level management positions.

This comprehensive training leads to a management position. While some entry-level sales are involved, they are solely for management training purposes. We provide a team of sharp, professional individuals to represent our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions.
  • Develop and manage business development strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage accounts.
  • Assist in sales efforts to support management training.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Foster public and client relations.
  • Support team and market development initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and events.
