You will have exclusivity in 10+ zip codes. Choose one of the following to get started, and get full training from the founder who brought CPO to the nation in 2007 Join 1100+ agents who are running this around the country while you keep all of your 'regular' real estate business.   • Assisted Living CPO: Aid seniors in transitioning to assisted living.
  • Divorce CPO: Support divorcing couples with property sales.
  • Builder CPO: Represent builders, focusing on new constructions.
  • Relocation CPO: Assist clients with smooth relocations.
  • Retirement CPO: Help clients secure retirement living arrangements.
  • Foreclosure CPO: Assist distressed sellers and prevent foreclosures.
  • STR CPO: Helping STRs sell as they often don’t want to advertise the sale
  • Bank CPO: Helping banks help clients avoid foreclosure, or handling REO properties


We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent who is well-versed in working with seniors, or any of the other groups above.

The www.AssistedLivingCPO.com program is nationwide, and an exclusive opportunity for 2 agents in the WNC area has now opened up.


You will report to our CEO Joey Ramos and our VP for the State you are licensed in. If there is not yet a VP in your State, you can apply for that role


There are also CEO and VP roles available for you to move into as a growth opportunity.


You have:

  • Experience working with seniors in any capacity (does not need to be in real estate/experience working with sellers and buyers in any capacity shown above.
  • A REAL ESTATE LICENSE (please do not apply if you don't)


We will train you in this easy step-by-step process, where you get paid on the buy side and the seller side when you get the listing, and you should expect to start taking listings from our team of 'multipliers' within the first couple of weeks.

This position is open to all applicants who are licensed and located anywhere in Ohio. Please make sure to include your address in your resume.


Compensation:

$300,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Qualifications:
  • Has a real estate license
  • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License for Ohio
