Job Summary:

The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s business strategy, developing actionable plans, analyzing critical data, and aligning goals to achieve the company’s objectives. This position requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market research expertise, particularly within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Industry Expertise:
  • Understand the semiconductor industry and contribute to shaping the company’s strategy and mission.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant data sources and market trends.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Create and update comprehensive models related to industry, competitor, and customer data, including market share, growth projections, trends, and market forces.
  • Support the preparation of materials for internal and external use, addressing urgent tasks and supporting executive management activities.
  • Financial & Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track revenue, including pre-closing activities, and assist in managing accounting operations such as accounts payable (AP) and budgeting.
  • Work closely with the planning team to coordinate top management visits and business trip materials.
  • Creative & Marketing Collaboration:
  • Provide creative support for key projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality documents that promote the brand, communicate messages, and explain services or products.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite to add value to creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Business Analysis & Compliance:
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Korean (both spoken and written communication) is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
