This full-time role is based in vibrant Nashville, TN. You'll enjoy a balanced work week, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

As a Appointment Associate-Customer Service for Sales, you start your day by connecting with customers over the phone and sharing your expert knowledge about our incredible lineup of vehicles. You are the first point of contact with clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with precision and warmth. Every interaction is an opportunity to build lasting relationships.

Using your organizational and computer skills, you easily update our customer database and generate leads. You also schedule showroom visits, work closely with our dynamic sales team to hit targets, and use cutting-edge technology to track your success. Continuous improvement is key, so you engage in training to stay ahead of the game

The Essentials to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role
  • Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer inquiries
