SHIFT AVAILABILITY:

Open availability to work at 8.5+ hour shift anytime between 3 am - close (between 10 pm-midnight usually)

WHAT WE CAN COUNT ON FROM YOU

  • Minimum of 1-year prior experience in a Managerial/Supervisor role
  • Minimum 1-years experience in food service
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Airport or similar high-volume restaurant experience is strongly preferred
  • Must currently hold an active TABC Permit, or be willing to obtain one upon hire
  • Comfortable interacting with guest as well as staff both in the front and back of the house
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and effectively influence people
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including long hours, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stay too late or come in early during airport-related weather delays and other emergency situations
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be able to pass a background check, and the Airport Badging process

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

May frequently need to work holidays, weekends and nights. Hours will vary depending on the business and staffing needs. Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 30 lbs., as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
