What would you do as a Lead Care Manager - CNA

As a new Lead Care Manager - CNA at The Rivers At Maryland Farms, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the care team, ensuring each resident receives personalized care according to their individual needs. Your duties will include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care provided, and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals. You will also help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes resident safety and well-being. By demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and excellence in all you do, you will contribute to our customer-focused culture and uphold our commitment to integrity.

What you need to be successful
  • To excel as a Lead Care Manager - CNA at The Rivers At Maryland Farms, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a CNA certification from your residing State.
  • Must have a desire and affinity for working with the elderly
  • Additionally, you should be able to successfully complete an approved skills competency evaluation and written skills test following state guidelines.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English is essential for effective communication with residents and the care team.
