We are searching for a dynamic and experienced EHS Systems and Data Manager for EHS systems integration, configuration and management.

Position Responsibilities:
Data clean-up

  • Define standard process to verify that good data is coming in
  • Define what data we need out of the system(s)
  • Define standard process for good data out
  • Pull data and build reports
  • Work with Corporate Team on selecting and designing EHS related IT systems; how do all the Corporate IT systems interface with EHS systems/data
  • Corporate regulatory reporting standard and schedules (OSHA Logs, BLS, Tier II etc.)

Project Coordinator

  • EHS Strategic Plan and Annual Goals
  • Build and manage project timelines/action items with VPs
  • Build (if not existing) master corrective action register by EHS discipline
  • Build and manage scorecards with VPs
  • Build Presentations

Document Control

  • Identify all EHS documents
  • Location al all EHS documents - accessibility to documents
  • Document review and revision schedules
  • Document Retention Schedules
  • Controlled/Uncontrolled documents

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience a Systems & Data Manager or similar role
  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and document control.
