Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • CRM Management

-Management of Deltek VantagePoint CRM project pursuit process from initial entry through proposal stage; includes quality data entry, management and follow-up/follow-through of process of RFPs through proposal stage


-Reporting and dashboard support, forecasting

  • Social media – design, messaging, creation; website support
  • Public Relations – develop eblasts/MailChimp management
  • Procurement site management
  • Conference/tradeshow support and attendance (if applicable)
  • Project Award submittals – prepare technical and branded project content for project awards; interview staff for technical content; develop graphics and strong messaging
  • Client/project research/CIP research
  • Client and internal Presentations
  • Prepare marketing/business development material sand collateral as requested


Requirements:

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education, Licensure, or Certification Required

  • BA or BS degree in marketing, graphic arts, or related field required or commensurate years of experience.

Marketing Specialist Minimum Experience Required

  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience performing similar services in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry.
  • Advanced user of InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Preferred skills: Adobe Illustrator.

Senior Marketing Specialist Minimum Experience Required

  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience working in a business development/marketing role in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Seven (7) years of experience working with VantagePoint or similar CRM software.
  • Other Required Skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and equipment.
  • Ability to initiate, execute, balance, and follow up on multiple priorities.
  • Must enjoy deadline-driven work.
  • Must work well in a collaborative environment with other team members, and guide junior staff members and interns.
