Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing and safe environment for infants and toddlers in your care.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Provide daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and napping.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting is required.
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) or early childhood education degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude in a dynamic environment.
