Responsibilities
  • Assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate policies
  • Generating leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Providing attentive service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and uphold service standards
  • Staying informed about industry developments and product enhancements to better serve clients

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service facing background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proactive and adaptable team player with initiative
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office
  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided)
