The window and door installation tech will learn from the best in the business and at a pace that works best for you. You will train amongst our team of good-natured experts who know how to deliver great work and maintain healthy family and professional balances. Our vehicles and tools are top-notch, and our benefits are unmatched in this area and in this industry by a mile. Btw, if you are a seasoned professional, we are also interested in you. People retire here at Lensing, and so this is not a short-term job---we are looking for the future of our company

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Start the day off with free gourmet coffee to go---because it makes a difference

· Help load windows and/or doors into work trucks for installation.

· Work with a small install crew to tear-out and replace windows and doors

· Help clean jobsite

· Finish sealing doors and windows

· High fives

· Go home for supper and relax


Required Skills/ Abilities to Start

· Able to use hand tools

· Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math calculations.

· Ability to "see" when things are crooked or not right-an eye for seeing that things fit.


Physical Requirements

· Must be able to move bulky objects
