What We Seek...

We are looking for a detailed oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated person to be the Shipping Coordinator. The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with the Shipping Manager. This person will be a solution-oriented person who will take the initiative to deliver high quality products and services.



Job Summary and Job Functions

  • Responsible for assisting in the efficient processing of shipments, from start to finish, meeting daily shipping deadlines
  • Building boxes appropriate to the size, shape and protection of the material being shipped
  • Preparing materials for shipment within proper guidelines
  • Utilizing various shipping software to accurately process shipments
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and completing daily tasks to meet business and operational deadlines
  • Follows all safety initiatives through leading by example and training
  • Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Heavy work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
