The Custom Cabinetry Project Manager has the overall responsibility for project success and for developing and maintaining client relationships.

Expectations

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects
  • Participate in pre-site as well as lead post-site walk through and meetings. It is expected that employee will be on site at jobsite as needed and manage project so project timelines are met with limited interruptions.
  • Review change orders and approve/ sign off on all job change orders.
  • Complete final project walk-through and submit project close out report at conclusion of the project.
  • Meet with client to complete post-project debrief.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in related field or 10+ years' previous relevant construction management experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR (preferred by not required), SmartSheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be successful while working independently
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts in a positive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and committed to the highest level of professional development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and have good time management skills
  • Detail oriented and must have an eye for attention
