We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with business development and marketing functions to include:
Business Development Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with Service Directors to outline sales goals and develop and execute strategies to reach them.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maintain existing business.
- Identify and pursue teaming opportunities for specific project RFP/RFQ’s.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of qualification-based proposal submittals.
- Attend industry tradeshows and career fairs.
Marketing Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain database of resumes and project summaries.
- Manage firm’s marketing collateral to include Statements of Qualifications, brochures, tradeshow material, etc.
- Develop and implement brand standards across all of the firms marketing collateral.
- Craft compelling brand stories and distribute across various communication channels – social media, email marketing, industry publications, etc.
- Research and implement digital marketing campaigns – Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage the firm’s social media platforms to include content creation.
- Provide maintenance and updates to the firm’s websites.
- Develop and update an internal photography database.
