The base salary for the entry-level position is $17 per hour ($35,360 per year). With commission, you may make an additional $25,000 per year.
The base salary for the experienced-level insurance sales position is $18 per hour ($37,440 per year). With commission, you may make an additional $25,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
- Prospect for new business through cold calling.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Explain the benefits of the product or service, and how it can address their specific concerns.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required. Willing to train. License not required to apply.
- 1+ years demonstrated success in sales. Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
