Customer Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring that the customer's experience of

booking a job over the phone is positive. Additionally, they are responsible for pursuing leads, updating

client information, and helping prepare the customer account so that the job can move forward

smoothly.


What you will do as a Zerorez Customer Service Representative

• Answer inbound calls

• Assist clients with pricing and scheduling

• Learn about our services and be able to answer any questions for customers

• Maintain and submit call logs daily

• Complete all information in system while accommodating the client need for information

• Respond to escalated calls

• Assist with appointment confirmation calls

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Advanced skill level with computers and instant messaging

• Ability to multitask at a very high level with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced call center
