A Tech Recruiter will engage in :
- Business DevelopmentProspecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed
Our Ideal Candidate embodies the following :
- 6+ months of relevant experience within the staffing industry, preferably focused in the areas of IT, and/or at least 1 year of inside and/or outside, B2B sales experience.
- Excellent cold calling, influencing and negotiation capabilities
- A charismatic & genuine individual with a passion for relationship building
- Exude a competitive spirit as evidenced by demonstrated success in school, athletics, music or another field.
- Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
