Job Summary:
Cecil Atkission Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Orange, Texas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and ensure a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, and the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain a high level of sales performance by motivating and leading the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle selections and purchases.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure the overall success of the dealership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using sales software and tracking tools.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
