Job Title : SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant
Job Type : C2C / W2 / 1099
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Location : Remote
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in software architecture and design as a Solution Architect or equivalent.
- Familiarity with programming logic and a solid understanding of various methods for integrating data between systems (API, flat files, etc.).
- Web service and API implementation experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman and Oxygen for quick API testing.
- Understanding of data security concepts within applications and integrations.
- Experience in building diagrams to document systems' architecture.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth, X509 certificates, SSH, PGP encryption, SAML 2.0, etc.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues.
- Fluent in English, comfortable participating in conference calls and presentations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey relevant information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results.
- Design, review, and coordinate integration implementations between Legal systems and SAP or any other legacy systems.
- Act as the technical point of contact for both vendors and internal developers to facilitate implementation processes.
- Prepare, review, and advise on technical specification documents.
- Build diagrams to document systems' architecture.
- Provide technology advisory for the Legal capability area.
- Effectively communicate with peers and leaders to ensure technical resources are meeting business requirements.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to advise on Legal changes.
- Join internal technology forums to stay updated with initiatives and assess potential impacts/solutions in the Legal business area.
- Prepare and execute knowledge transfer of deployed solutions to the internal technical teams.
- Partner with support teams to troubleshoot issues with Legal applications, when required.
- Contribute to the Spend Management project.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for each integration in the scope of the project.
- Collaborate with solution architects (SAs) in finance and procurement domains to drive optimal integration solutions.
- Build technical specification documents.
- Provide insights and support to vendor's data migration resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
