Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the registered nurse or physician
  • Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and self-care techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an LPN
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
  • Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support) is required

Benefits

Location: Danvers, MA

Start Date : ASAP

Class : LPN

Length of Assignment: 10 weeks

Shift & Time : 1 Shifts, 7:00AM to 3: 00PM

Hour per week: 32hrs

Pay rate: $1,248 - $1440 weekly base on experience

Sign on bonus: $200 (one time on second paycheck)

Experience required: Minimum of 2 years

Licenses required: RN/LPN or Compact
