Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday rotation.

Job Summary:
At Silencer Central, we believe that Customers + Integrity = Winning. The Sales Support Coordinator will work directly with our walk-in customers, sales team, and other departments to ensure the success of our customers. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, front desk service, point of sale duties, barrel threading services, and other related administrative duties.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with all aspects of the sales process including completing retail in store sales
- Provide support to the Director of Sales and Sales Manager
- Use Company provided systems/tools to assist or complete the documentation, tracking, recording, follow up, and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with customer escalations
- Submit customer applications to federal ATF, photograph, fingerprint and trust amendments
- Monitor reports in CRM and disseminates information as needed
- Review order documents before being presented to finance
- Partner with cross-functional workgroups to enhance the customer experience
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook
- Participate in all company/location-driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings, and other related actions
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Highschool or GED required
- 3-5 years of customer service experience required
- Excellent computer skills: CRM, Microsoft Office, POS required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Starting pay is $24.00 and will vary based on experience and relevant skills/knowledge. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
