We are seeking to hire an experienced GENERAL MANAGER for our Auto Group. We are looking for a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit and volume experience. You must have at least 5 years of stable employment history at the GM or GSM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above-average CSI and market share performance. We have top-tier, high-performing stores, and we need a GM to match that If you are a top performer or difference maker, we are the group for you THIS IS NOT A GUY BEHIND THE DESK JOB. Apply now for this excellent opportunity


Description - General Manager:

  • Responsible for the operations and profitability the store
  • Must be willing to actively handle leads, follow up, and T. O’s both in store and online through phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Oversee dealership staffing, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Meet sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements.
  • Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers daily to maintain high morale.
  • Exhibit a professional management style that sets an example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
  • Accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance
  • Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership.


Qualifications - General Manager:

  • Must have at least 5 years of stable employment history at the GM/GSM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above average CSI and market share performance
  • Must be a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit and volume experience.
  • Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills
  • Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have knowledge of basic accounting and advanced computer skills.
  • Must be willing to work and have a problem solver mentality.
  • The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration.
