Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at Auffenberg Dealer Group is a dynamic and challenging role in the fast-paced auto industry. This Full-Time position offers a competitive compensation package of base salary plus commission, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates at our Shiloh, Illinois dealership location, ensuring that they meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Manager position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coach and train sales associates on effective sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to sales associates.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase customer traffic and sales volume.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate completion of sales transactions.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the auto industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
