Job Title: Entry Level Account Manager - Direct Marketing Sales

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our direct marketing sales team. This role will involve engaging with customers in retail spaces, promoting our clients' products and services, and driving sales through effective direct marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote and sell our clients' products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners to ensure effective collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize various direct marketing techniques to attract and retain customers, including demonstrations, sampling, and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel to different retail locations as needed.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company.
